Maybe a print has a slight color imperfection, or a ceramic piece has a tiny chip. Maybe I've discontinued an item and I just want to offload it. These "selected second" products are still beautiful, and you can have a chance to own them for an awesome discount!

$25 mystery bags are guaranteed to come with at least $40 worth of product, though the products may have slight imperfections. 

Mystery bags are also available at a $10 price point, which guarantees at least $18 of product. 

Carefully packaged and shipped via USPS first class mail. Shipping upgrades and gift wrap options are available at checkout.

Processing time

Most items are made to order and created and shipped within 3-5 business days, unless otherwise noted. 

Quick ship items are marked as such and ship within 1-2 business days. 

Some made-to-order items like trays have a longer lead time, which will be noted in the item description. 

Estimated shipping times

  • Canada : 1 - 2 weeks
  • North America : 3 - 5 business days
  • Europe : 2 - 4 weeks

I'll do my best to meet these shipping estimates, but can't guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose.

Customs and import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

I gladly accept returns and exchanges on standard items for a 10% restocking fee. Returns of items that are defective are damaged are allowed for no fee.

Ship items back to me within: 30 days of delivery

Request a cancellation within: 24 hours of purchase (no cancellations allowed or ready to ship items).

The following items can't be returned or exchanged

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Items on sale

Conditions of return

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless item arrives damaged or defective. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
